Blog IV: A meal or food I really like

Hi everyone, today  I am going to talk about my favorite food. 

Crispy teriyaki tofu, it is a relatively new discovery in my life and it is definitely here to stay. A tip in this recipe is to have a good soy sauce, not necessarily expensive, but it has to be tasty.

The instructions are easy, the excess water is removed from the tofu, in a bowl put the tofu and add the cornstarch. Now in a frying pan add olive oil and minced garlic, when it is fried add the tofu. To make the teriyaki sauce we need soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, sugar and cornstarch, we put all the ingredients together ans stir. Then we add the sauce to the frying pan and let the sauce and tofu thicken.  Add sesame seeds and green onion at the end and voila.

I really like this recipe because it is full of flavor and is very versatile.

It us definitwly not very healthy but is not something you eat every day, it is that food that you make because it is irresistible lol.
